This notebook cover is a tribute to classic science fiction literature. The design replicates the original cover of "El Anacronópete" by Enrique Gaspar y Rimbau, entirely hand-engraved using a soldering iron on leather.

The manual pyrography technique with a soldering iron allows for unique control over lines and depth, capturing the complexity of the original illustrations with a rustic and durable feel. The piece has been treated with waxes to protect the engraving and ensure the leather develops its own patina over time.

The interior features reinforced flaps and handcrafted stitching, designed to hold notebooks and protect them with a robust structure that combines daily functionality with an antique book aesthetic.
